Dear friend,
Are you looking for a way to make some extra money? Or perhaps a new career in sales? The problem with most sales jobs is that they leave you on your own with real no guidance! Then after a few weeks they tell you you're not meeting the quota and they let you go! Now isn't that insane? Why mess around with a situation like that?
If you live in the Palm Beach County area I may have the right opportunity for you. But you have to be ready for it, and you have to attend an orientation meeting. Most people, that have some interest in this offer, will not attend because it's a bit to much work for the average person. And that's exactly why average people are not successful. They just refuse to get out of their "comfort zones" and do something for themselves.
The most important thing for you starting out is that your attitude has to be in the right place. I'm going to tell you right now that success in sales is not easy. However, you can make it easy for yourself by learning new things and then applying them in the marketplace. Don't expect success overnight. It doesn't happen that way.
No sales business becomes successful right away. It's going to take you some time to work up your business. If you don't give yourself at least 4 to 6 months at this, with you working at it on a regular basis, you won't be giving yourself much of a chance.
The major shift in attitude is to stop thinking in the "employee mode", and start thinking in the "opportunity mode". The "employee mode" of thinking is that you report to work at a time and place, and get paid because you showed up. You get paid regardless of the type of work (good or bad) that you do. You are not paid based on performance. So the "employee mode" of thinking is simply this; "I show up at work, I spend 8 hours there, I get paid 55 dollars".
The "opportunity mode" of thinking is very different. In this mode you ask yourself "what did I do today to give myself the opportunity to make money? Did I work any of my marketing programs today? Did I get out and talk to anyone today? Did I make any phone calls today? Did I plan my day (in writing) the night before? Did I get out of my "comfort zone" today? Did I do any networking today? I'm I valuing my time and making the greatest use of it?
In the "opportunity mode" of thinking you realize that you are paid based only on performance (the sales you make) and you take action everyday that puts you in a position to make money. You enjoy getting out of your "comfort zone".
It's important for you to set reasonable goals for yourself. If you set impossible goals, you'll be setting yourself up for disappointment. You have to crawl before you can walk. You have to walk before you can run. And if I'm saying anything here that makes you think this opportunity is not for you, that's okay because I'm not looking for people that will stop and quit when the going gets tough.
I'm looking for people with a "can-do" attitude. I'm looking for people that want to leave the "mediocre majority". I'm looking for people that are not influenced by unsuccessful people. So if this is you, please register for and attend the next orientation meeting.
