The following rules, regulations, terms and conditions apply.

You must live in Broward, Miami-Dade, Martin or Palm Beach County, Florida, to enter this drawing. No purchase is required to enter or win. All entrants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have a valid Florida Driver’s License. All entries must be post-marked no later than October 25, 2012.

To enter, fill out the Action Entry Form and mail it by the date indicated above. All requested information is required to make your entry valid. If you omit any requested information, your entry will be automatically disqualified. All information that you provide is kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or given to third parties.

All entries must be mailed to: Dynamic Photography 6742 Forest Hill Blvd. Suite 251, West Palm Beach, Florida 33413. Entries by e-mail and telephone are not allowed. In the event you are a winner, you agree to claim your prize within 180 days of receiving notification. Failure to claim your prize within the time limit will result in forfeiture.

Each entrant may only enter one time. Duplicate entries will result in both entries being disqualified. The winner will be drawn on November 25, 2012 and notified by first class letter with instructions on how to make a claim.

Dynamic Photography reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, this web site, contest rules, or trying to circumvent company rules and or policies.

Dynamic Photography has no liability and is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, misdirected, or otherwise undelivered entries. Dynamic Photography assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions or incomplete entries made on the Action Entry Form.
